I haven't seen icicles since last winter when we were in Atlanta. Aren't they just so pretty? Not very big, but we don't see these here very often. The only reason we had these was because our neighbors sprinkler was on the night before and it froze on the trees. Maybe I'll just do that more often!

Ice in South Georgia!
Hey, look! It's ice on the trees....in south Georgia....no, really....take a look.
I haven't seen icicles since last winter when we were in Atlanta. Aren't they just so pretty? Not very big, but we don't see these here very often. The only reason we had these was because our neighbors sprinkler was on the night before and it froze on the trees. Maybe I'll just do that more often!

Wow! Great pictures, something you don't get to see in my country.
ReplyDeleteBrings back memories of when we first moved here in 2000-we had an ice storm and had no electricity for 2 weeks! What a nightmare!

So pretty! We do get those kind of icicles every couple of years up here in Oregon. It always makes me feel like it's really winter. Those pictures really make me want to get out all the Christmas decorations & go to town!
ReplyDeleteI just drove through Georgia over the weekend on my way home from Florida. I was in shock to hear that ice and snow touched down just after I passed through.
